She creates performance pieces and text-sound compositions, but also videos, drawings and site-specific installations, exploring latent acoustic territories of the human voice. Pushing the boundaries of sound poetry and vocal performance art, she investigates the tension between vocality and writing, the physicality and trance-like states in singing.

Alongside her solo work she has collaborated with acclaimed composers, choreographers and artists including Brandon LaBelle, Noha Ramadan, Tomomi Adachi, Seiji Morimoto, Marta Zapparoli, Ines Lechleitner, Maria Iorio & Raphaël Cuomo.

She’s been Artist in Residence a.o. at EMS Stockholm, EMPAC Troy (NY) – Rensselaer Polythechnic Institute (with Doug Van Nort), Harvestworks Digital Media Arts Center New York, Correnti Seduttive Taranto.
